Customers can now opt-in to receive texts from ECCV
- Log In to your account
- Choose “I want to change my communication preferences”
under the Help section
- Select SMS Subscription & add the types of
notifications you would like to receive
**High Usage Notifications are not
available through this platform (Alternatively, you may be able to use the
EyeOnWater application - please contact Customer Service to find out if your
water meter is compatible)
PAY by Text -Saved Payment
Method required
- Choose “I want to manage my payment methods” under the
Help section
- Select + ADD NEW PAYMENT METHOD
- Reply PAY when you receive an ECCV text notification
